Stock Sales
We stock a large range of plastic roll and sheeting, foam polystyrene, polyurethane, agricultural films, containers, bins, trays, rod and tube. We offer a Cut to Size service for all our sheet plastics from roofing to signwriting materials, industrial and engineering plastics. We also have the routing, folding, cutting and finising equipment available to fabricate plastic sheeting into a finished item which reflects your requirements.
Cutting and Stamping
We have the machinery to cut, stamp or press plastic sheet and plastic products. Everything from small tags to large panels.
Fabrication
We have been involved with Nelson's Marine and Engineering industries for many years supplying a variety of products. From filleting tables to fish bins, machine covers and engineering componentry.
Sprayed Polyurea (Polyshield)
Sets within 30 seconds of exposure, and can be sprayed on any surface and built up in layers to provide a rugged and weather-resistant protective coating. This new Plasticraft process has drawn considerable interest from a number of industries including marine and mining.
Void Filling
Polyurethane foam is ideal for filling spaces and cracks. It's not only a great insulator, it's also buoyant and has the added benefit of being fire, vermin and noise proof. We spray and pump foam from our mobile plant anywhere in New Zealand.
Panels
For 14 years we have been making panels with our Viking foam machine, and can panel press any material which can be given a polyurethane foam injected core.
