We supply roman blind components to some of the largest curtain retailers in New Zealand.
1) Headboards, top rail. Made from PVC Celuka board that does not draw moisture or warp. usually 20mm thick but can be any width you like.

2.) Middle Spine. Fibreglass or Acetal Rod.

3.) Lathes, bottom rail. 6mm thick clear acrylic plastic. 3m lengths and we can bevel or round the edging for ease of handling and to improve the aesthetics of the curtain. This is a very popular alternative to a steel or wooden bottom rail because of the cost and durability.
