Plastic Moulds and Manufacturing Machines
For 14 years we have been making panels with our Viking foam machine and panel press with a Polyurethane Foam injected core. We have made more than 200 conservatory roofs around Nelson and we are currently investigating other types of panels with a variety of substrat cladding. Gib, ply, mdf, foil and colour-steel are all materials we utilise to make panels for a variety of commercial and domestic uses. You'd be surprised!
Moulds
Plasticraft specialises in making thermoformed moulds for clients for specific packaging requirements from salmon trays to meat packs. We also have a number of standard moulds of our own. Talk to us about your project and we'll work hard to find the most cost-effective solution for you.
Machines
Thermoforming Our thermoforming machines are purpose built to make blister packs, trays, clam shell packs and retail trade catering packaging. These machines can cater from 5000 to 500,000 units plus.
Spray Foam
In 1992 we purchased a new Glass Craft spray foam machine. This was complimented with a mobile compressor and trailer set up for single phase operation - completely mobile. We have sprayed foam to produce cool stores, for freezer compartments, and insulated spas, pools and tanks.
